| Stolen prescription forms used to get drugs |

MONTICELLO – An Otisville woman was arrested by Monticello Police and charged with felonies for allegedly using stolen prescription forms to obtain Percocet and oxycontin at a pharmacy in Otisville. Deena Murphy, 25, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal impersonation, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. Murphy was arrested following an investigation into the theft of 14 prescription forms from a physician’s office in Monticello. She was located and arrested with the assistance of Mt. Hope Police. Murphy was arraigned in Monticello Village Court and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bond pending further court action. |
